We carried the Elite as an alternative form of transportation when traveling in our elderly motorhome (named "ByeWay" for the roads we favor.)

After checking into various ramp-type carriers, we purchased a "Versahaul" unit, suitable for a maximum of 300 pounds.

While the carrier can handle the scooter's weight, I have serious doubts about my own strength and ability to load it safely. A slight bobble in balance and the scooter would end up in my lap. This did, in fact happen with the earlier "Aero" scooter at 175 pounds, fortunately it fell away from me, and I was able to keep it from falling fast, thus avoided serious damage to either of us.
